You can also import customer information from your iPad contacts book and export an Estimate Customer to your iPad contacts book.

Estimate Screen

Organized by customer. Select a customer on the lower left grid, pick an estimate project from the list on the lower right grid, and estimate items appear on top of screen.

Parts & Materials Screen

Parts and materials list. Add parts and / or materials from this screen to your current estimate by clicking the right hand arrow on items in the left side grid or assemblies from the lower right grid.

Calculation Templates Screen

Create customized calculation templates for quick estimate creation that combine 1,2 or 3 inputs using your specified math. This example shows 3 inputs multiplied together with the result divided by a constant. Arithmetic operators include multiply, divide, add and subtract. Create an unlimited number of templates. Each template can be assigned to an unlimited number of parts & material or assembly items. Once a template is created, it is executed with a single tap at estimate creation time.

Labor Screen

Labor tasks. Add labor tasks from this screen to your current estimate by clicking the right hand arrow on items in the left side grid or assemblies from the lower right side grid.

Preferences Screen

Assign taxes and markup rates to your estimates. Also used for the Sync with iCloud feature, database management and backup and restore via email.

My Company Screen

Information about your company. Also includes list of estimator people you can assign to estimates and standard text for terms which is included in estimate reports.

Use this tab to generate a report that summarizes costs and profit for current estimate.

Define Estimate Fields

This screen defines fields (columns) used in estimates.

Printing Estimates

Preview and print estimates. Include your company logo, any other image and personal and well as boiler plate text. Uses templates to choose formatting and standard text allowing quick selection of multiple formats.
