1. Coon Creek Software grants users unlimited ownership of their content.

2. Coon Creek Software does not claim ownership of user content.

3. Coon Creek Software cannot guarantee its apps will work perfectly all the time, or will be perfectly suited to user purposes.

4. Coon Creek Software takes no responsibility for content users send to others or social media sites.

5. Coon Creek Software reserves the right to change its software apps as it sees fit.

6. Coon Creek Software owns copyrights to its software. Any copyright infrigements may be reported to info@cooncreeksoftware.com.

7. For subscription apps, Coon Creek Software grants unlimited functionality for 14-31 days after installation without charge. Thereafter, either a monthly or annual autorenewing subscription is required via the Apple App store to enable the same level of functionality as during the trial period.

8. Any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

9. Coon Creek Software app subscriptions are auto-renewing, but the renewal may be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

10. Subscription payments will be charged to the user's iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
