Move your Coon Creek application
to another computer:

Backup your database using the
Coon Creek application backup facility.

Note your license key number and
click the "Unregister" button on the bottom of
the registration screen (click "Registration"
first).

Uninstall using the Windows
Control Panel, then install using the latest
download file on your other computer.

Enter the license key (see
above) on the new computer to re-register your
Coon Creek application.
Common
install problems:
You should have
received a license key and download information in
an e-mail at purchase time. If you didn't
receive the e-mail:

If you don't yet have the
program installed, simply download it from our
downloads page and
install it.

Call Coon Creek Software at
763-614-9101 to get your license key or send an
email with your name to
support@cooncreeksoftware.com.

Once you have the license key
and the program installed, enter the license key
the next you start your Coon Creek application.
Errors occur when program
launches: Re-run the downloaded install file and
re-run the installer.
Scroll bars won't go away:
Use the Windows control panel and change to
a smaller font size.
Get "Unable to establish
session" when first trying to access QuickBooks:

Make sure the QuickBooks company
file is the exact one specified to QuickBooks.

If you are trying to access your
company file over a network, the network folder
must be mapped to a drive letter.

If you have a QuickBooks login
setup, you must be logged in to QuickBooks as an
administrator.

QuickBooks must be up and
running unless you've permitted access when
QuickBooks is not running.
