MemberShipPro import utility

How to import a Microsoft Excel database into MembershipPro:

1. Download and install MembershipPro.
2. Download  ImportWizard.exe and save it anywhere on the same computer where MembershipPro is installed.
3. Save your Microsoft Excel database of member data in dBase IV format. If your data is NOT currently on Excel, you can probably import it into Excel.
4. Launch ImportWizard.exe.
5. Choose Step 1 and locate the dBase IV file you saved in Excel.
6. Assign as many fields as you can using the Step 2 tab.
7. Go to the Step 3 tab and choose applicable conversion options.
8. Go to the Step 4 tab and click Import.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 as necessary for alternate addresses, removed members, etc.,  setting the Step 3 tab options as appropriate.
10. Close the import wizard and launch MembershipPro.
11. Choose the backup / restore utility and click the Restructure button.
12. Close the backup / restore utility screen and click OK when the update message occurs.
