Library import utility

How to import a Microsoft Excel database into MembershipPro Library:

1. Download and install MembershipPro Library.
2. Download  LibImportWizard.exe and save it anywhere on the same computer where MembershipPro Library is installed.
3. Save your Microsoft Excel database of member data in dBase IV format. If your data is NOT currently on Excel, you can probably import it into Excel.
4. Launch LibImportWizard.exe.
5. Choose Step 1 and locate the dBase IV file you saved in Excel.
6. Assign as many fields as you can using the Step 2 tab.
7. Go to the Step 3 tab and choose applicable conversion options.
8. Go to the Step 4 tab and click Import.
9. Close the import wizard and launch MembershipPro.
10. Choose the backup / restore utility and click the Restructure button.
11. Close the backup / restore utility screen and click OK when the update message occurs.
12. Launch MembershipPro Library and click OK when the update message occurs.
