Appointment Advisor is a easy to use tool for
tracking and managing your business
appointments. It's organized around your clients
and resources such as personnel, crews,
equipment or space assignments.
With Appointment Advisor you'll be able to

A schedule consists of client and one or more
appointments per client. You can keep track of
different resources assigned to appointments.
All schedule data is kept in a built-in database
with automatic saving of data. The schedule
display is an easy to understand Gantt chart.
Schedules can be viewed on screen or printed in
four different formats.
Notes of unlimited length can be kept for
each appointment.
Client and appointments and resources can be
directly entered into Appointment Advisor.
In addition, clients, appointments and
employee lists can be imported from QuickBooks.
Clients, resource usage and appointments can be
exported to QuickBooks as well.

viewing and printing schedules to suit varied

Your working day, week and holidays can be
entered into the Appointment Advisor database
and is automatically reflected in your work
schedules. Or Appointment Advisor can be setup
for 24/7 scheduling.
You can setup a common work schedule for all
your resources (i.e. employees, crews,
equipment, space utilization) or an individual
work schedule for each resource.
Appointment Advisor requires a minimum screen
resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. However, you can
utilize larger screens to increase row widths or
add rows by either clicking the the Maximize
button on the upper right screen corner or by
dragging any screen corner left, right or up or
down.
Appointment Advisor features a built in
backup and restore utility. This provides
protection against data loss plus it features a
Smart restore function which synchronizes
multiple Appointment Advisor copies. In other
words, you may have two or more persons in your
company using Appointment Advisor on separate
computers.
The Smart restore utility makes it possible
for each Appointment Advisor to have access to
your company’s Appointment Advisor database
simply by backing up each copy of the database
and restoring/updating to other computers.
You can also network multiple computers with
Appointment Advisor installed and share a common
database with simultaneous multiple user access.
